Q. How do I post a listing? |
|
A. First you must register on our site. Once registered you may sign in and post your listing. The type of listing you are able to post will be determined by the membership plan you chose. |

Q. What type of memberships are there? |
|
A. You can choose from "FOR RENT BY OWNER" , "APARTMENT COMPLEX". The differences and pricing are explained on the Membership & Pricing page. |

Q. How do I adjust my user information? |
| A. You must sign in on the main page of our site using your user ID and password. Once signed in you must choose the "My Profile" link in the menu of the main page. This will allow you to change information such as your phone number, email, password and much more. |

Q. How do I edit or deactivate my posted listings information? |
| A. You must sign in on the main page of our site using your user ID and password. Once signed in you must choose the "My Listings" link in the menu of the main page. This will allow you to edit, activate or deactivate your listings. |

Q. How do I upgrade my listing to featured? |
| A. You must sign in on the main page of our site using your user ID and password. Once signed in you must choose the "My Listings" link in the menu of the main page. If your listing is not featured allready, there will be a link on your listing to "Upgrate to Featured". |

Q. I have a question concerning a payment I made, how do I contact you? |
| A. Please email all billing questions to info@militaryapartmentfinder.com and we will respond within 24 hours monday through friday as long as there is no holiday downtime. |

Q. I recieved some emails from Military Apartment Finder, how do I stop receiving emails? |
| A. Please send an email to info@militaryapartmentfinder.com and include your email, we will remove you from any future emails. |
